Do I need to be in for the collection to go ahead?
This depends on where the rubbish needs to be collected from. If there is easy access, e.g. from the front drive & through a gate into the back garden, then we can collect this in your absence with no issue at all. If access is more complex, contact us to discuss your requirements further.
