What can you take away?
Here are a few of the materials we can clear & collect for you:
Food waste, Black bags, Garden waste, Sheds & fences, Hedges & trees, Planters, Patios, Bricks & rubble, Greenhouses, Bomb shelters, Kitchen cabinets & countertops, Bathroom suites, Carpet & underlay, White goods, Furniture, e.g. sofas & mattresses, Electrical goods e.g. fridges, Plastics, Metals, Ceramics, Glass, Wood & timber and Much more…
Can you dismantle furniture & remove it from inside the property?
Yes! We are more than happy to remove anything from inside the property. When our team of experts arrives, they will consider the complexity of removing the goods when they confirm the price with you.
What happens to my waste when you collect it?
Everything we collect goes to a transfer station (apart from hazardous waste). Our commitment to the environment is real, which is why we only use transfer stations that recycle over 95%. We do not sell on or re-use any goods we collect.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of the South West & the M4 corridor which includes locations such as: Bath, Berkshire, Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Cirencester, The Cotswolds, Gloucester, Newport, North Devon, Oxford, North Somerset, Swindon, Reading, Wiltshire.
When & how do I need to pay?
We don’t take payment until all the waste is cleared & you are 100% happy with our work. We will call you once the collection is complete & take payment by card over the phone. If you prefer, you can also pay by BAC’s, just let us know & we will send you the details.
Do I need to be in for the collection to go ahead?
This depends on where the rubbish needs to be collected from. If there is easy access, e.g. from the front drive & through a gate into the back garden, then we can collect this in your absence with no issue at all. If access is more complex, contact us to discuss your requirements further. We can also collect & drop off keys if we need access for a house clearance. We’ll discuss this with you prior to the visit.
