What happens to my waste when you collect it?
Everything we collect goes to a transfer station (apart from hazardous waste). Our commitment to the environment is real, which is why we only use transfer stations that recycle over 95%. We do not sell on or re-use any goods we collect.
How big are your vehicles?
We use 3.5 tonne Ford Transit Tippers, which are much more efficient at accessing smaller spaces in comparison to bulky skip lorries. We can collect a maximum of 12 yards of general waste or 2 tonnes of soil or hardcore.
When & how do I need to pay?
We don’t take payment until all the waste is cleared & you are 100% happy with our work. We will call you once the collection is complete & take payment by card over the phone. If you prefer, you can also pay by BAC’s, just let us know & we will send you the details.
